To add 1 1/2 inches to your necklace, spiral the o-ring and the spring
ring onto opposite ends of a Shook making sure that you follow the bend all
the way around so that the necklace is attached to the outer-most edge of
the Shook.
Please do not stop at the first bend as this will not hold your necklace securely!
